Delete your account
Nikea (operated by A1Force Pty Ltd, ABN 37 623 229 327) lets you permanently delete your account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
- Open the Nikea app (or the website) and sign in.
- Tap your avatar (top-right) → Profile. On mobile, open the home screen.
- Select Delete account, confirm, and your account and data are removed immediately.
If you can't sign in, email support@nikea.app from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We'll verify and process it, generally within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and personal data — including your name, email, measurements and health/activity data, progress photos, coin balance and ledger, challenge memberships and history, notifications and device connections. This is permanent and cannot be undone, and any coin balance is forfeited.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, transaction records for tax or accounting), and de-identified or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
