Open the app, go to Sync, and connect Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit or Health Connect. Make sure you grant the health permissions the app requests so your activity counts toward your challenges.
Create a challenge from your dashboard and invite teammates by username or with a share link. Tap an invite link and choose Join to be added.
Coins are a virtual currency used for challenge entries and prizes; they can't be exchanged back to cash. Buy coins in the app, and redeem them for rewards from your Wallet.
You can permanently delete your account and data at any time from Profile → Delete account, or by emailing us.
